These terms apply to all users, including customers purchasing:

  • Blank t-shirts
  • Printed design t-shirts
  • Custom orders (corporate uniforms, event and promotional apparel)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use this website.

3. Products & Orders

  • We sell blank and printed t-shirts based on designs displayed in our library.
  • Product images (mock-ups) are for illustration purposes only. Actual colours, sizing, and placement may vary slightly.
  • Custom orders (corporate/event/promotional) may require additional approvals and specifications.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars)
  • Prices include GST unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days
  • Delivery times vary depending on location
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Custom Orders

For corporate uniforms, event t-shirts, and promotional apparel:

  • Final designs must be approved before production
  • No changes can be made after approval
  • Production timelines will be agreed upon separately

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy is available on a separate page. By purchasing from us, you agree to that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, graphics, and content on this website are owned by AARKAY & Co.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
